THE PROCESS
1. Discovery & Pre-Project Homework
Before your kick-off date, we'll have a discovery call and then you’ll fill out a thoughtful questionnaire that helps me get to know your business, your values, your dream clients, and the feel you want your brand to give off.
You'll also fill out the copy worksheet that I will tailor to use as your website copy (for website clients). We’ll talk through it all so I can understand what makes your business different - and how to bring that to life online.
2. Strategy & Creative Direction
Before jumping into design, I’ll map out the strategy that will guide your brand—from your positioning and tone to the visual direction.
Then I’ll present a full strategy presentation (full brand identity projects only) & creative mood board so we’re aligned on the aesthetic. This part sets the stage for a brand that’s not just beautiful, but intentional and rooted in what sets your business apart.
3. Brand Design
This is where the visuals come in. I’ll craft a brand identity - logo suite, fonts, colors, and supporting elements based on your package - that is elevated, timeless, and sets you apart.
Cohesive, intentional design helps your brand become instantly recognizable and builds trust across every platform, from your website to your Instagram feed. It’s not just about what you love (though that’s important)—it’s also about creating something that resonates with the people you want to reach. You’ll have time to review and give feedback so we can fine-tune everything until it feels right.
4. Website Design
With your new brand in place, I’ll build your custom Showit website—strategic, clean, and designed to guide your visitors with clarity and ease. Every page is created with purpose: to reflect your expertise, connect with and guide your clients to booking.
This process includes strategic keyword research that makes your site SEO optimized. It also includes domain connection, Google analytics setup, and integrating a blog or whatever additional features are in your package to make sure everything runs seamlessly.
5. Launch & Support
Before we hit publish, I’ll walk you through everything, make refinements, and leave you with the tools and confidence to manage your site with ease. My goal is that you walk away with a digital presence that feels like home - and gets results. If you want a fully hands-off approach, I have flexible monthly management plans to handle all the upkeep and updates for you.
Then we launch your new brand and/or website! Each package comes with launch graphics to share on your socials & to be shared on mine (I will be your biggest hype girl in helping you get people excited about your new look)!
